Blog Topics with New Truckers in Mind

I would like suggestions on what companies you think are the best for new drivers. I start school 12th of feb i am so excited to be driving the country but picking threw all the defrent companies is a littel over welming. Insurance coverage for my family and i #1 plenty of miles #2 good equipment #3. Any help at all be great thanks.

 

@Cantwaittotruck i am right where you are on the path. I start class Feb 5th and have already begun talking to companies. I made a simple spreadsheet on my phone that I’ll attach to put info in as it’s confirmed by the companies. Then I’ll also be talking to recruiters in school and I can compare their BS to each other. My top three are #1 home time (family, no 3 weeks out etc) #2 healthins premiums (can totally offset higher cpm etc) #3 good people.
