BNSF Railroad to pay $228M to truck drivers for violating Illinois state law Biometrics ain’t all it’s cracked up to be in their case!
Disney world in Florida requires your fingerprint scan to get in the park , and have been doing it for at least 18 or 20 years .
That’s Florida. Illinois has different rules and laws on the issue. I’ve had to do biometric fingerprint scanning at BNSF terminals in Illinois (Willow Springs,Cicero) plus a few other rail yards in their system (Edgerton,Kansas, St. Paul,Minnesota and Memphis,Tennessee just to name a few). It was supposed to be a “one and done” type of deal(at least in Illinois). I was contacted by mail by one of the law firms involved in the lawsuit a few months back in regards to this matter. Looks like I might get a check in the mail after the lawyers are paid!! This is on my “All I Want for Christmas” list!!LMAO 1977 Datsun 280Z Stock # 386450 for sale near Lisle, IL | IL Datsun Dealer Quarterback Option!LOL 2003 Nissan 350Z Track Stock # 105676 for sale near Lisle, IL | IL Nissan Dealer
We went in 2000 or so and they demanded it at the entry turnstile , I refused and they got all upset . Maybe it’s only for the guests with multi day tickets . Disney was really trying to stop people from selling their unused tickets .
Union Pacific has a thumb print scan to get into marion ar, if it works, half time it times out and you and you sit at gate for 5 minutes waiting on someone in office to verify your in system with you on camera at the gate
