    Pretty big assumption that all brokers can decline loads. Many are on a contract. Decline loads and no more customer.

    No but they Must tell the
    No they do not tell thier COMPANY drivers. However if requested they have to tell or show thier owner ops. Unless they like brokers have forced them to waive that right.

    1) Because a per mile driver agree to drive for that per mile rate. Regardless of what the load pays.
    2) because the law is written specifically for when paid by percentage. But when that law is as written. Thier was no such thing as a per mile driver. Or very few.
