Pittsburgh Power sells the same exact Donaldson but they put their name on it and mark it up $150-$200

And yes, it can be mounted horizontally. Find a truck Pro dealer and they sell them for about $90

actually its not the same but the end result is the same for half the money. i had the pitts on my last truck. its not the donaldson unless the wrap the internals in a different external case.

these twin turbos are so quiet ibam actually considering a small resonator. my buddy has one on his pete and its quieter then my detroit was with the pitts. only time you can tell its not muffled is.when you hit the jakes

I have them both horizontal under my T600. They are about a foot or so longer than the stock ones. It will work but there is no flex off the back ends of them, muffler directly to the elbows that turn upwards behind the cab. Which makes getting the stacks even a pain.

they are longer then the factory muffler with the cat?

i had assumed they would be shorter. just picked this truck up friday so i havent crawled under it with a tape measure yet.

plus i only have a single stack and i am half tempted to just make it a weed burner. if you cant have stacks.behind the dorrs then really whats the point.of having them at all?

I don't know if my factory original mufflers had a cat built into them or not. We are talking about a bridge motor here so it's a good possibility they did I guess. They are definitely much shorter than Pitts Power/M100463's by at least 10 or 12 inches.
