    Its all about consumption vs production states! Its not crazy in business world. If I can take a load for 9000.00 from salinas CA to Brooklyn NY during peak season, I have to understand that there isnt much demand for reefers out of that area. There is a reason that particular load paid 9k. This is how this business is setup. No, you cannot change it! Accept reality and work through it.
