The drug test part of it? You'll definitely fail. Seems like there was a thread on here talking about a guy who was trying to sue the company because of a failed drug test. He was taking the CBD and he claimed it had no THC. He didn't exactly read the labels. One must stay all the way clean out here. If you're unsure, leave it alone.

Not a physical but a drug test, you have a great chance to fail it.

Some cannabis stores were recently raided and the products, including gummies where analyzed to check the levels of THC. Some manufacturers jack up the THC levels above what is legal, to get people addicted & thus have regular paying customers.

Legal hemp must contain 0.3% THC or less Trusted Source. CBD is sold in gels, gummies, oils, supplements, extracts, and more.

Yes if the gummy or your use of them causes you to exceed the threshold of THC in your blood/urine. Some gummy makers are less careful than other makers.

DOT physical just checks for blood sugar, not illegal drugs.

NO,,NO,, say it ain't so, Chinatown,,,our trusted dispensaries lying to us? Oh boy,,now he tells me,,not sure about the "raid", in Colorado, the dispensaries, I hear( cough) are under constant scrutiny. To be honest, I'm not sure how it even got passed in the 1st place here. So many loop holes, BUT,, we have 10 new police cruisers, sheriffs have new F150s, state cops have new Chargers, thanks in part, to the cannabis industry, I'm sure. Last year, total MJ sales, including medical, which I think CBD is classified as, in Colorado topped $1,788,688,837, or almost $14 billion so far since 2014. Regardless how it's pixxed away, it's revenue states simply can't ignore anymore.

Although your company COULD send you to get a physical and drug test at the same time, normally that is not the case. The urine sample you give for your DOT physical is not for a drug test. They just put a test strip in it to test for sugar.

Investigation revealed many street food sellers and restaurants in China add poppy powder to get the customers addicted to their foods. The investigation was started because people were failing workplace drug tests and being fired. They swore they don't use drugs and that's when the investigations were started.

Did a Chinese food stall owner add poppy husk powder?
A Chinese food stall owner was recently arrested after admitting to adding poppy husk powder to his dishes to get patrons hooked on them.
