The drug test part of it? You'll definitely fail. Seems like there was a thread on here talking about a guy who was trying to sue the company because of a failed drug test. He was taking the CBD and he claimed it had no THC. He didn't exactly read the labels. One must stay all the way clean out here. If you're unsure, leave it alone.

Thirty-five restaurants across China have been found illegally using opium poppies as a seasoning, officials have revealed.
