Can I get hired with this record?

I'm 21. I didn't get my license until I was 18. Problems with the ex cbaused me to act impulsive and the FTA were from moving out of state and being broke and unable to attend court.

Lessons learned. Think I'll be okay to get in a seat when some of this drops off in a year?
