neighbors gave me the funniest look when I pulled the truck on back of house, threw some plywood on top and fixed the mess when they put gutters on the house, it was easy, everything was right in front of me and no falling off the ladder. probably going to do it to clean the gutters out soon, just for the neighbors.
Chinatown and Midnightrider909 Thank this. -
pay a professional, they chip up the fallen branches and haul it away, or rent out a cherry picker then do it yourself.
now comes the MOST IMPORTANT part of what you want to do...and that is...
if you can climb up on that trailer roof to cut down portions of your tree.....
you will have NO EXCUSE, NOT to climb up there and shovel off snow in the winter....since you freely climb up there.....
so now, we ALL KNOW you want to do this...right..??
come winter time, i got you "flagged" for anymore threads or posts from you about climbing up on top of a trailer, and you had NOT BETTER say you WILL NOT climb up there, in the winter and shovel off snow....
i'm watching you......

my buddy has a Husq chain saw, and if the chain ain't breaking, the chain goes dull in like 10 minutes..and he knows how to cut with it..so he went to a stihl dealer, and he IS able to get a stihl chain for his Husq.....Lepton1, cjb logistics and Midnightrider909 Thank this. -
In the 80's they would hold you up. Now days I bet you could find how hard the floor is.
9 days I took my 8 hours on the roof of a reefer unit. AC in the old Cabover went out.And was way to hot to sleep in the truck.
Crawled up on top and man it was nice and cool with the unit cranked down cold cold. -
Midnight, you shouldn't have an issue with it, just make sure you jump up and down a few times.
OH and if you are using a company trailer, get one with a translucent roof so you can really test it out.SteveScott, Midwest Trucker, buddyd157 and 2 others Thank this. -
Aint got no choice being a picky person, they put them gutters wrong on my house, uneven, that drives me crazy, then being a older fart we need to teach the young uns right. Work on things where it is comfortable, we do not bend like 30 year ago. No problem with heights, just a problems with landing.
allniter Thanks this. -
