Goodmorning, does anyone know if you are lease purchasing a truck through Lone Mountain, and you want out of the deal, can you transfer it to someone who would make the remaining payments and then take ownership of the truck? Or has anyone been in that situation and found a way out of the lease without any damage done to their credit? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions

I suspect most of your questions would be answered in your lease purchase agreement. Are you already in the situation or are just looking forward just in case?

I'm just asking for future reference. I thought maybe someone would have a positive response. I know I could drag out the contract, read a bunch of stuff that I still would have to come on here and ask a fellow driver if he had any helpful info to pass on. Thanks for your response but it didn't really help me.Have a good day

Is that all you're looking for is a positive response - not a constructive one? Mommies give positive ones.

Go to a dealership & buy a truck. You’re gonna loose your backside with LM. Use our search feature, it’s been covered.

Does everyone have the same contract from Loan Mountain? Doubtful. Strangers who've never read your contract can't honestly answer your question. Read your contract.

I was under the impression, and I could be wrong, that their deal is somewhat like the same across the board. Like, same down payment, monthly payment, months to pay and so on. I didn't think we could negotiate our own contract with them like football and baseball players do. Like Schneider O/O or Landstar. Sort of like if you don't like the terms go somewhere else. Can someone correct me if I'm wrong please and thank you.

I don't think that's a lot to ask for, just a positive response.
