The one I watched was done 4 years ago and they waited for the statute of limitations to run out before they aired it. They had a cameraman riding the back seat and a airplane filming and spotting also.

 

that was 2006 the ed bolian took it in 2013 with an amg and now arne holds it in another amg

 

bet nobody is stupid enough to try it in a modern m5 the 2000 m5 used in 2006 was the last some what reliable one, the modern ones break when you look at them

 

love the e46 m3. I pretty much lost interest now since everything gas is going turbo. Ehh. Just like when merc dropped the 6.3 for the 4.4 twin turbo or whatever.
