    At least you just need the confirmation code and not the trim file number....4 digits versus 10.

    I've seen that happen before and it was ET, nothing wrong with the ECM. Have you ever gotten a "Contact Support" error with your ET for no reason, then it seemed to worked OK when you restarted? I'd uninstall ET and do a fresh install.

    I havent gotten that error before, myself and 2 other shops couldbt get it to take files though.
