Its fairly easy to see why you could not get any help on the phone. Guys give you some ideas and share their insight on this and you jump on them.

Some people just can't get out of their own way..............

I had a case just last week where I had fueled the day before and went in to get a shower (at a different location), and there was no shower credit on my card. I talked to the manager on duty and she apologized and immediately put the credit on my card no questions asked. I didn't get the points on there, but I work for a company that pays me a decent wage so I'm not too worried about the $1.25 in points. Despite what a lot of folks say on here, Pilot has always done right by me, and their showers are nicer and cleaner than Loves'. Their coffee is better too.

Good thought, my card is registered. I think I tried to put the Rewards card in first, but it would not accept it until I put the ComData in. I will try the next time I get fuel.

Being honest, I wish I had not even bothered to comment to such a person.

You're beating a dead horse. I already said I called Pilot in the first post, then I get a reply to tell me I should call Pilot instead of wasting my time on the forum. How is that an idea when I've already done it? Someone else said to get the receipts and check them, as I said that's what I'm doing now. WHat ideas did they give that I didn't already have or learn from?

Look, this is just letting drivers know my experience and to watch out to make sure they get what they've earned. You're just as wrong as they are. I get a smart past about coffee, and someone telling me to do what I've already done or said I would do like I haven't already done it or learned from it. I don't know why this is turning into an issue. This is about Pilot points.

You are really making points here.

I posted about calling because I MISSED it.

I posted the phone number for others to see it.

We get so many posts on here where drivers come on and start the rant, you get so you do not read them in full anymore.

Then the smart comments come back and call the helpers antagonistic and smart rear ends.

Turns out, who wasted whose time?

Maybe in the future, when we see posts, might just want to ignore them.

Just do like most drivers do not shower at all and you will not need the credits!:biggrin_2555:

I never had any trouble getting my points on my card ever at piliot/flying hook. Do you have an old blue card? Is your card worn, or not activated right?
