Thank you all for the responses. I went to a construction place and just talked with the guy there. He told me a lot of insurance companies want 1 year experience and even 2 years experience. This of course I already knew but he told me that roll offs (I believe Rick mentioned it here) don't require the 1 year experience. I wonder why roll offs don't. You would think they do because you are grossing more weight and you have the hydraulic lift you can hit power lines if you aren't careful etc. You need to be more cautious but they don't.

I really wish these insurance companies would come out with a list of jobs that they will and won't take you with less than 1 year exp. For now I guess I am going to keep looking at oil delivery, roll offs and dump truck work. Thanks again to everybody here. Much appreciated.

It goes company to company, some places have a policy that allows them to hire new drivers others dont. You may want to look into small excavation companies, municipalities, small paving companies etc, most of those smaller places just run single axle or tandem dump trucks, and some may be willing to hire on a new driver. Look into companies with single axle box trucks, some of them are 33k gvw cdl trucks, and are pretty easy to drive, don't see why you would need a ton of experience to drive them.
