    The banana deal actually works. I used to get bad leg cramps that would tear me out of a dead sleep. I probably consume 2 - 3 dozen banana a week.

    They make your pooo sticky and smells different,.. almost like a McDonalds smell to it.

    Probably showing my age here,.. but Tommy Lasorda used to pimp these Slim Fast commercials. Eat a normal breakfast and lunch,.. drink this for dinner,.. and lose weight fast!!

    Back in my slimmer fit days,. I was getting chubby in the middle and wanted to lose some weight. So I bought into the Slim Fast deal. Never lost the weight,.. just gave me liquid poopsies. Looked the same coming out as it did going down.


    Hows that for TMI? :D
