LEO pulled me over and had a look at my logs a week or two back. I'm OTR. Not a single minute of SB.

Looks good. Have a nice day.

Its not for me. Im happy that the young ones are doing well. And not ... appear to be infected with the dirty side of things that occasionally goes on.

I recall a incident decades ago at probably Terrell or somewhere that had bad parking structure for trucks on a combination of mud and concrete. Anyway the Police were crawling between rigs and racing to corral a escaping lizard. I believe she got away. One must wonder sometimes.

Is it, or is not a work related function?

A work related function must be On Duty Not Driving.

What work are you performing in the sleeper berth that is related to your job?

You are at rest in the sleeper berth where it's sleepy, snorey, snoozey time.

You're not, but the act of changing status on your log, pushing those couple buttons, waiting for it to update, is a work related activity.

I have arrived at shipper. it's floor load and he says unloading will take 4-5 hours. Wait in the truck or you may go somewhere and come back later. So what I will log 4-5 hours on duty? I spent that time in the sleeper watching movies.
