I see it like this.
The ones that are hard A.S.S.es are like drill-Sergeants. They're being that way to make you think. Being like that at times makes You better. I try and take what they say to better Myself, Yes I did blow up and said somethings to one member. But he was making a point and I took it wrong.
Some times its good to let other vent and let them talk down to You, More so when You're coming in to a field a Newbie. Been like that for lots of Jobs I went thru hell when I started to be come an Electrician, A. Military personal, Most jobs have their A/holes and this site has there's. Don't take it to heart.
I'm a newbie, this is true. I wish everyone the best in Their new field of work.

My small little IT business failed because I got outbid by bigger companies and I couldn't maintain profitability in this economy. These bigger companies hire people at bare minimum.
My point is every industry where people are actually required to do some work can tell you all the horror stories. What most of us want to hear is how to succeed in this industry. I cannot believe that drivers with 10-30 years of experience have failed the entire time.
When I ask what ya'll think is a stupid question that has been answered over and over it's because I haven't seen both sides of the question.
I want to know how to succeed.. I already know how to fail. Yes, I am well aware of the younger generation not grasping the failure concept, but young or older we aren't all like that.JimDriv3r Thanks this. -
Geesh, my powers of quotation are pathetic!

Wanna succeed in this industry? Adopt the K.I.S.S. principal. Take the good with the bad. Expect the unexpected all of the time. Maintain positive relations with your supervisors. And use common sense and don't let the childish behaviors of those around you bother you. The rest is up to you, your attitude, and the ability to handle random situations.
