Bad thing is they should replace all injectors. Because when one fails the rest aren't far behind.

I told them the same thing. They said the needle on the #5 injector is bad and that replacing just that one along with the harness will be fine. I guess we'll see....

I don't see the harm in replacing just the bad injector. If another fails, yeah go ahead and replace all of them. But you may get plenty of more good miles out of the rest. Time will tell.

    Grijon and sadwar Thank this.

My 4 wheeler had a bad injector and they only replaced it, haven't had an issue since but then again it's a 4 wheeler and they could be different.

Well, I got my truck back two days early!

They replaced the #5 injector and the harness. The injector had a short so I assume they did that part of the harness because of the short?

Plan on leaving out of Charlotte in the morning. Got a sweet load going up to Pittston PA. 11k lb load, paying over $1k for a days work. Plus it's a relay out of the Carlotte OC so no mt hunt!

Then I got a load for Friday heading over to MA.

And fingers crossed that the truck keeps it together!

    Later...........
