Wooly sheep. I bet there was some pants cleaning after that. That's my nightmare... a truck coming straight at me with nowhere to go. Without that cable barrier, he would have been straight through the trailer. All you can do is hope its mattress padding or little Debbie's snack cakes or something soft, and not like car parts. Wow, scary. Looks like they both survived it.

She said she was in a vehicle that had the grill bent. In reality she was in a vehicle behind that one that a relative was driving. Couldn't prove differently, even though she ran from the vehicle with the bent grill and jumped in the car behind it. During the deposition, she claimed she's suffering from PTSD so badly that she can't have sex with her husband, can't sleep good, afraid to drive anymore, can't cook meals, and on and on. Typical scumbag liar.

Another case I know of, and the safety man, who is a friend of mine, at a trucking company investigated it.
Wreck on the interstate; trucks started stopping and backing up behind the wreck.
Drunk Army officer crashed into the line of trucks.
He suffered severe brain damage in the wreck.
Someone started taking pictures of all the trucks in front of the Army officers wreck.
Army officer is medically discharged with 100% disability and full benefits for life.
Sued all the trucking companies in front of the wreck.
In court, films of the Army officer were shown of him wearing a diaper and sitting on a blanket at home playing with toys. His father would take a toy away from him, and he would scream and cry until the toy was returned. That film swayed the jury to rule in his favor.
The truck he rear ended, that company had to pay him $20 million.
All the other trucking companies settled out of court.
The jury wasn't allowed to know he is receiving full military benefits and health care for life because at the time of the wreck, he was under orders transferring to a new duty station.
The jury was told his parents need the money to take care of his medical bills for life.

Well, the GPS showed he was doing 60, slowed to 45 then slowly started accelerating when the video stopped. Probably looked in the rear view and kept on going.

Don't think that cable barrier stopped him, watch the video again. It maybe initallialy slowed em down, but didn't stop em. The trailer wheels digging in the snow as the truck was turned sideways did
