I have a 2004 Freightliner columbia, I have mid and rear turn signals but no front turn signals, pulled the headlight harnesses and checked for broken wires and found nothing, checked in the dash for broken wires and found nothing, tried a new turn signal switch and still nothing. tried new bulbs and new connectors and still nothing. Flasher is good, fuse is good. where else should I be looking this is starting to irritate me

Find the ground wires. Older Freightliners were known for having ground issues with front lights, especially the marker lights and turn signals. It is usually a frame ground inside the frame rail between the engine and the frame. It could be on either side.

I checked all the grounds and powers, even with the power probe there is no power coming out of the turn signals in the front. The running lights work as they should but the turn signals dont work, only in the front

Do the hazards work in the front? That can help narrow it down

See? These are just the kinds of issues that plague an older (modern) truck. The wiring harness where the hood tilts? Maybe run a hot lead right to the turn signal bulb, and go backward from there. Good luck.:dontknow:

Yea semi is probably on point here I had an issue with my tractor runing lights and found out the wires coming out of the harness were dry rotting so instead of getting a new harness I spliced the wires and the lights worked fine... I have a century so your harness should be on the firewall on the passenger side under the hood below the windshield that group of wires plugging into the firewall there check to see of they are dry rotted... Mine started turning a blue green color..

Here's what fixed mine...the daytime running lamps fuse was blown (marked DRL on fuse panel).
