When I started with PAM back in 2003 they paid me 24 cpm for the first 6 months, then up to 26 cpm until one year, then 27 cpm. I don't remember the raise intervals after that, but I know that when I left in July of 2005 I was making 31 cpm. They also paid for most of my schooling. I paid $25/week for the first 8 months I was on my own, then was even after a year. I made just over $40k in 2004, which was my first full year with them.
