Benny Whitehead Trucking runs West Coast turnarounds from AL/FL/GA.

Tyson Foods & USX both good team companies.

Thx China, always respect your opinion.

What's the best long term option out of the 3 if I push solo?

EASY ONE. US XPRESS. Team oriented, nice trucks etc. Conway will overwork you. JB Hunt will rip you off and overwork you. Or so I've heard.JMO

I would love to work for ODL or UPS but with 3 months OTR, I have to go with US Xpress, JB Hunt, or Con-way.

Are you in the hiring area for Tyson Foods in FL? That's the best for teams or solo.

One Atlanta area GA driver says he will probably make $60K within 12 months running solo for Tyson Foods.

They will hire you; they hire new CDL graduates.

Benny Whitehead wants to train you for 1 year.

Tyson Foods said 9 months to 1 year.

Thinking US Xpress bcuz of teams, but Con-way seems like a good one to stick with.

    Trainee
Tyson Foods accepts students from Tyson approved truck driving schools. Tyson Foods offers tuition reimbursements up to a certain amount, and once hired, you will train one on one with a Tyson certified driver trainer. This is a great opportunity to join the Tyson Foods team and start your career. Tyson Foods' entry level pay is among the best in the industry. Starting pay is .39 per mile after training.

Trainee package is $400 per week. Once trained, you'll fall into the normal pay package depending on experience, most of which are less than a year.
