So I have two RM 720 that I'm about to send off to someone to see Ifor they are fixable (actually going to get at least one fixed or replaced either way). My question is should I go with my RM or go with the copilot mobile app? I know there's a plethora of forums, I was just wondering what people's personal comparisons.

    Thanks all!

Copilot follows you from one broken device to another...

I guess I was looking into the comparison of 79.99 per year or investing in fixing 720 or a new 730

I downloaded the one20, but I couldn't customize anything as of preferences on my S6. I don't know if it's just my phone, but I messaged the developers and waiting on response. I. Sure they're enjoying the holiday with a cold one lime the rest of us.

On the copilot app I looked at "upgrade" and it only offered the 79.99/yr or 9.99/mo

I had both, as well as Garmin and these are my experiences. Rand McNally locked up when I was using multiple features (traffic, etc) and their support told me they were aware of it but had no estimate on when it might be fixed. Having had it lock up at the worst possible time (approaching NYC) I decided that wasn't acceptable and I took it back to Best Buy and swapped it for a Garmin Dezl. Garmin is great about getting you across country but once you leave the interstates I found the routing leaves a lot to be desired. It wasn't unusual for it to send me past the street I was looking for, then have me double back to where I should have turned in the first place. I've seen other Garmin units create the same crazy route for the same destination so it's not a problem with a single unit. Finally, I settled on Co-pilot Truck. I'm not crazy about it either but in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king. The routing is pretty accurate and the ETA calculations are reliable. And since you can run it on a phone, it's one less thing that can fall to the floorboard at just the wrong time.
