Court certifies driver pay lawsuit against Swift as class action

I can not find anything current but could find stuff related to 2009 actions against Swift. Where did you get the information and if its true, Swift must be having a field day over leaked information if this is true??

I remember reading about this in trucking magazines, most likely it was that freebie newspaper "The Trucker", y'all know which one I'm talking about.

The story is true, but only if it's the story I read about in 2009. I never heard anything else about it. It could be the same case, maybe it got stalled in court, bureacratic red tape for 2 years, who knows?

 

Swift settled out of court? Or sent knee-cappers to the lawyers house?
