I beg to differ. I’m new but I’ve shut down twice over being too tired to drive.
Wake up at 3am and leave with a load. Drive 5 hours and then park. Dispatch says we’re finding a load for you right now. 6 hours pass and I’m given another load that picks up as if I was sleeping for 6 hours and in 4 hours I should be up fresh and ready to drive.

You will get over the tired part after 3 weeks on the road. We all did at one point or another. Your not alone. Also your DM is trying to motivate you

Could've very well been fatigue. I mean, most of the bang-ups and the one rollover I had a decade ago were all either due to that or being too inept. Evidently, after sitting doing nothing for three years after my rollover, I was given a chance a took it again.
Has the gradual advance in cellphone tech beyond basic text and talk led to an increase in more crashes? I'd like to think so. But again, it's just another factor thrown into the mix of wrecks.

I'm still kind of shocked that I managed to get work just a mere, three years after this.
