I saw that page on facebook, doesn't appear to actually be recruiting, but seems a little weird to me. They do reply to any concerns people have expressed. Haven't looked at it for a few days.:biggrin_255:

It really seems to me that the experience an individual has with Crete is almost entirely on who your Fleet Manager is AND their staff. I have had no trouble at all getting home and decent, steady if not spectacular miles.

i am waiting on the safety department to release me for hire, then i will be in marietta. what is this about taking the rider policy away? i had an in depth discussion with them over the phone about the rider policy. they have one of the best ones out there for kids and such.

it doesn't make sense to take away what should be a big draw for potential drivers. i know my 7 year old is excited about getting to ride. everywhere else says 10 to 13 at minimum. but then again, i am going with the Shaffer side though.

are all the tractors 10 speeds? we had one automatic in school......hated the thing. it was a donated US Xpress freightliner.

Where do you live and how much experience OTR do you have? I may be able to help, but there would still be a waiting period for the insurance. As long as you're willing to pull reefers. Small company, but the work and miles are there. And no it aint perfect but no quallcomm for us as of right now. And you will get treated with respect. PM me if you're intersted or still looking...
