I guess you missed the part where he mentions it's something new or recent they implement. He's talking about the grading program not the camera itself. You can only put so much weight on employees before you start losing employees. It may be a novelty to you but truck driving companies have revolving doors in which most do not stay long term. Do you need examples of other companies who are still around but losing money because they cannot find drivers? Those companies end up using owner operators to haul their freight because they burned their own drivers.

The problem is not outward facing cameras please pay attention. And not all companies have these scale or nit picking safety programs. The mayority do not. These programs in which safety calls the driver for every single tiny thing they do is insane. No way in hell they are going to make a perfect driver.They are going to stress their drivers out. And they are going to leave to find another small mom and pop company who do not do this crap. I have seen it happen over and over.
