When I get a load from a broker, I just get the best rate possible, a flat dollar amount for the whole load. Then my fleet manager will break out the fsc, tarp pay, stop pay, etc. which I get 100% of then what is left is the linehaul which I get 75% of.

Yo Gravdigr, CRST doesn't deal with company drivers? And is it a good idea to use the company funding with the 8 month contract to get into this industry?
