you use it like a debit card without a visa logo lol, um you can setup direct deposit and basically you call the number on the card and input how much you want to transfer

Remember this is a training company, so you will not make a lot of money here. You will get good training and gain your experience. I just got back from my 28 days with my trainer, and I did really well. I am back in Cedar Rapids finishing my orientation, then I will be going out with my co-driver.

Budget your money, so you will not have to eat a lot of ramon noodles, which seems to be the going food here. For example, you can purchase them in the company store, and they will take it out of your check.

making money when you first start out is easy. i bring home more money than my partner who makes 10 cents a mile more than me. first thing is stay out of truckstops. i invested in a coleman fridge and a little water heater. with those two things i can have a pretty good diet. I go to walmart before i hit the road and get enough food for 3 to 4 weeks for 80 bucks. my water heater will not only heat water i have found that the smaller soup and pasta cans fit inside it and you can heat them with water. also with the fridge you can have sandwiches and milk and cereal. fruit cups pudding all sort of what you like. that way i dont have to spend 10 bucks for a meal at a truck stop. some ts have fast food but alot are missing the dollar menu and the meals cost more than if you went to a franchise separate from a truck stop. remember they gouge you in truck stops.

and if you smoke, hopefully you get thru MO, SC, NC where they are cheap and buy a few cartons.

i dont even buy water. i bring empty bottles and fill them at rest areas. and make sure you get your payback cards at all the major truck stops so when you fill the the truck on the companys money you can get the reward points and showers.
