when i went through orientation back in march of this year the agility test was getting in the truck, getting out of the truck, getting on the catwalk, walking underneath the trailer to check the fifth wheel and climbling in and out of the trailer.

Thanks, ccolvin. Doesn't sound like I need to worry much about the testing.

Funny you say that there were a number of O/O and company drivers that were returning after finding the grass is not always greener on the other side

i left cause i had to many bills to pay and not enough money to pay em with. Now that my bills have been drastically reduced I wouldnt mind going at it again. As for the grass being greener on the other side I had fun driving local. I drove vacuum truck out in the oilfields in Southern Cali. I have a friend thats wanting to get into trucking and I offered to train him if CRST lets me, which I dont see why not. CRST is a good company as long as you run hard, dont ##### and complain, and run legal. Me and my co-driver at the time were a top rated team. We were probably one of the only new teams to get into a new truck as fast as we did. The old truck was about ready to take a dump lol. Good luck on the road and if I see you I'll say hi. If I get rehired Ill post my truck number on here so you can keep a look out!
