Currently in school for my CDL, two accidents on record, am I cooked?

I don’t see what the big deal is.

Just apply wherever you would like to work..

The accident from 2018 is a nonissue..

2023 accident I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it unless it was a really bad accident.

Can you share details of this one ..your choice.
You will more than likely have to explain it on an application..

Had a car pull out in front of me from the other side of a bus, I went off the road to avoid hitting them. I was found "1% at fault" because if I could have swerved to miss them, apparently I should have been able to stop. The car that pulled out in front of me was found that day thanks to the car behind me getting their license plate, 17yo kid was driving himself to go take his license exam.

 

99% of insurance carriers [that's who really decides who, what, and when] allow one 'at fault' accident in the past 3 years.

It is not that big of an issue.

With the slow hiring currently happening; the school is trying to find any excuse to make the hard market not their fault after taking your money.
