Did I say they did anything illegal? I simply stated it shows their character if they aren't going to bother giving the driver a reason. Of course it's all speculation, because we don't know what happened.

So in your statement, you mention insubordination and performance. I'm just curious if those were the reasons they chose to go with. I'm not opposed to them for using either as a reason. Honestly I think a parting of ways is best for both parties.

Some of you think Abe isn't doing this for attention? The dude is an attention #####. Why not just come out and say what the "drastic" change is? "There has been a drastic change of plans. Stay tuned" screams "look at me".

Well Abe said that to PattyJ not to us. So unless he loves the PJ attention I don't think he's even aware that we're obsessing about such a trivial moment in the grand scheme of his life.

Don't think I said anything about insubordination or perf...that was someone else. As for character....that takes a back seat. Any employer in this situation will say nothing and comply with the law in anticipation of legal/gov't action. They will do no more and no less. I don't think he has a leg to stand on actually. If he didn't like the hours he should have just moved on.

Just because of the HOS does not mean you will get the right amount of sleep.FMCSA thinks they know more then the drivers. What kb did was threaten him and that is illegal if you're tired your tired kb or no other company CANNOT FORCE drivers to drive tired. What part of this do you not understand?

LOL. What did they threaten him with? Company policy? I will tell you what I d understand. I understand that judges cannot make laws up out of thin air.....circus rythms or not. I understand that in court the judge would look at the FMCSA and then look at Abe and then decide who to go with.

Do you realize what would happen if the court says that Abe could not be fired for being tired after 2 hrs on duty. Do you really think the court will send the FMCSAback to the drawing board to draft a new set of rules based on circus rythms? Think about it.

Why don't you watch the video and youll see especially towards the end he was threatened.KB was clearly at fault here and I would like to see kb get whats coming to them. This behavior happens way too often at kb and it needs to be stopped.Brock who is the owners son can do something about it or continue to receive hate mail and calls possibly a huge lawsuit, thats his choice.I don't care who thinks Abe is in the wrong the point is this happens with a lot of drivers there and it needs to be stopped.
