That's an extreme. No, I don't point out the extreme possibilities, I focus on the middle, the rational, of what can be done in a mgmt position. One thing K&B can do is put half their fleet on a night schedule and the rest on a day schedule. If K&B wants anymore rational ideas their inept leadership cannot think of on their own. Have them contact me. I'd reorganize their whole structure and change their culture to make money while keeping drivers and doing it safely, for a fee of course.

Other carriers manage night runs just fine; but it takes rational thinking and not ignoring human biology or federal law.
It can be done properly. Poor attitudes and poor leadership prevent it from working. K&B needs to step up or step out.

Wrong/incorrect/twisting facts. Night dispatch told him he should have declined the load.

Wrong/incorrect twisting facts again I think . Where did you get that? I believe they thought there was something fishy going on and they justifiably sent a LEO out there.

If he refused the load they would take his guarantee salary and make him sit until he quit. It's called a forced dispatch system for a reason.

Where did I get "many hours"? Watch the video again, and listen. Listening is a profitable character trait.

The only thing KB should do is not hire You Tube Truckers.

Mr Ladr You cannot drive on 5 hours sleep, be fully alert and safe.

You cannot change your sleeping habits on a whim and be fully functional.

Can't is not in a Super Truckers Vocabulary!!

Amen to that. Just watched the video for a 3rd time. I still don't hear any threats from dispatch. Just repercussions for Abe's failure. They even found someone to relay Abe's load.

    Dinomite and truckon Thank this.
