I doubt if it was the Canadian rythyms that got him sleepy. Unless he was listening to Anne Murray or Gordon Lightfoot or Neil Young or something like that.

Now, Arcade rythyms. That I can imagine.

Just because he took a first 10 hr brk does not mean he slept 8 hrs of that 10 like the DOT requirements.I have taken many 10 hr brks and only slept like 5 or 6 hrs and felt real good ready to roll but wait till my 10 hrs to start of course and im good till my shift has ended. You like many others seems to know how much sleep he got and when he woke up but yet you wasn't there,hmmmmmmmmm..

Coming from the woman who has been making all kinds of claims about Abe and wasn't there to witness them.

I'm pretty sure that's what I was stating earlier. This could be part of the problem. As a dude that regularly gets 5 or less hours of sleep a night I know that even a 30 minute nap and recharge my batteries. Not saying this is the case for Abe, but it's time for some soul searching to figure out how to meet expectations and not take service failures.

Everybody takes service failures in this industry, its all part of trucking but both sides needs to give alittle to make it work.Abe gives a lot and kb does not.

Agreed, service failures happen. But they the driver is at fault, those are preventable. It's better for his career if he can learn how to prevent those.

If he only got 5 or 6 then how is that a "good 10" like he told dispatch? Stop blaming others.

I know how much he didn't get. He didn't get 10. If he remains adamant that he did get 10 or close to 10, then as a responsible carrier I would have no choice but to make him get a sleep study because a driver cannot be falling asleep at the wheel after being awake for only 12 hrs. I would be in a position of liability if he hurt someone. Heck even the dispatcher's called him Mr. Sleepy......that is global knowledge. It's all out there now baby. Can you imagine the prosecuting attorney.......

"Is it true that the dispatchers in your company called Mr. Attallah "Mr. Sleepy?"
"Is it true that in March 2014, he fell asleep at the wheel after being awake for only 12 hrs?"

Honestly, I do not know how they can keep him employed if he says that he got a good sleep on his first 10. He is an accident waiting to happen. Yes I would be sure Mr. Attallah got the full meal deal from this point forward. Sleep study, CPAP machine, GPS tracking, dash cam, bunk cam to make sure he is actually sleeping......

You can set up for failure too. Most failures are preventable.

That wasn't on Abes plan, not at all.I doubt anyone sets them up for a service failure.I see according to your avatar it doesn't say how much exp you have,so may I ask how long you been a trk driver?
