Do recruiters typically not return phone calls?

I don't work there anymore, but maybe I can help.

The recruiters in Green Bay, which you talked to are always swamped with, and they have a very high turnover as well. I went through 3 Before I was hired for North Salt lake.

Just go up the Teminal (called an OC or 'Operating Center') in North Salt Lake and Talk to the inhouse recruiter.
Their address is 35 N 700 W, North Salt Lake, UT 84054. I won't post anything else about them, not sure of forum rules anymore, but the info is easily found via Google.
Every company has it issues and this one is by no means different, but they were the easiest NON-dedicated OTR gig that I've done.
