Do you actually pass along the cost of it to the consumer

I pass it along if they don't pay the extra freight rate i don't haul it,for fuel my rate go's up $25 for every $.25 of fuel and go's down the same on most though i do not lower it as fast, i do not use a fuel surcharge it's all in one rate and i make out pretty well this way.
