I'd say whatever you get dont go Chinese, look for a good 1 that the compresser takes oil , those sealed one's burn up . I've gone thru a few putting 100psi air tests on new home waterlines .
Right. But two of the most popular sizes sold today for pick up’s and jeeps are either a 33x12.50r20 Bfg or a 33X13.50r20 Nitto are rated as 8 ply’s at 65psi max.
dewalt , some of the campbell housefield ? Misspelled , most any unit sold at a contractor supply house for building materials. Homedepot lowes aint gonna have the same , like the difference in buying a lowes cub cadet mower vs a dealer cub cadet dealer mower , same model but heavier spec'ed .
How hard is it to have a 50ft air hose with a glad hand on one side and chuck on the other. That's what I use and it's still slow. The portable compressors will melt after running 15 minutes and would need hours to get 100psi.
Two of my guys have the Milwaukee, the big one and it works really good. It just takes a little bit of time but while you're doing other things, all you have to do is set it and it will air up to whatever you want. We've even used it on tractor tires when we couldn't get close to them with the truck.
They'll work but will be very time consuming. You need a dual piston unit to make it worth the while. A single piston will probably burn up trying to pump up a truck tire. Look for dual piston pumps. Those aren't cheap though. I wouldn't waste my time with what you all posted. Or I would have already bought one years ago. You want something like this double cylinder. VEVOR 10.6CFM Portable Tire Inflator Dual-Cylinder Air Compressor 12V 150PSI | VEVOR US Napa has this https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/BK_...vmyxiRoCu2gQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1 Amazon as a astroai brand dual cylinder for $70. https://www.amazon.com/AstroAI-Port...ai+dual+cylinder+tire+inflator,aps,132&sr=8-1
Why convenience? I like this idea. Mounted on back of cab. Could always carry an extra shorter hose to extend if needed.
