Same place. Previously worked at Roehl before moving Tennant Truck Lines which is now Omni Specialized. Go figure the reason I left Roehl just got hired on here. The ad is mostly lies. Trucks are crap. Customers were all stolen from Roehl and have since been lost due to a Cease and Desist order. All the drivers are leaving. Last weeks paycheck was $300. Im out the door. You sit more than you roll. My batteries are bad in my truck and maintenance semt me a message requesting I cut down my idle time which was at 86% last week.... seems like I may not be idling if I was actually rolling more than 16% the time my truck is on and also if they were allowed to replace my batteries. I could go on and on. Dont work here. They took a great company and have destroyed it. Better luck elsewhere.

I agree, a total waste of time and money. Companies like this should be prosecuted.
I lasted about a week and ran 700 miles in 8 days. I sat more with this company than I have in 20 years.

If you are an OTR driver....STAY AWAY. So far their idea of OTR for me, is 250 miles a day. Tarp nearly EVERYTHING. Whine about idle time. You must work for them for 3 months after hire or you must pay $400 for the physical. They lie. When you try to do the job right, and there is an issue, you get "Well, none of the other drivers need that/complained." You get cheated on hometime and are not offered other compensation for days not used. These guys are #2 on my list of places I won't work ever again;.

Wish I would've seen this before. I worked there the end of last year. Each dispatch had like 48 drivers or something. The trucks were ok, nothing to brag about. The miles were TERRIBLE. When I talked to the recruiter nick, he lied quite a bit. There was also a guy named "bob" who was out of state recruiter, he lied also. They said id make 50 cpm but then it was knocked down to 43 cpm because I wanted machinery and not steel, Then it got knocked down to 40 cpm because I have a rough work history, I have NEVER heard of a company minus your pay because of too many jobs in a short period. They also complained about the idle, but theres no apu or nothing to cool cool in the summer. They are just overall a garbage company. And this whole thing with the lawsuit is STILL going on, you can find it on google. They fooled me around on my last load to the yard till I told them I was gonna dead head from Toledo area back to the yard, then I got a crap menards load.
