    This is really a good way to handle it. Old school here. Shoe box and all. But there again I drove my Studebaker around yesterday in a bit of nice spring weather...

    I start a new box every year. The only thing I don't keep, is fuel and DEF receipts, because it's all on our card activity statement.

    One of the reasons for timely insertion of receipts in said box over the year is that they tend to fade in the truck.

    i was putting them in envelopes but after awhile they got all faded and what not so i just started taking pics lol

    The truck stop ones are the worst. Walmart's fade pretty fast too.
