I start a new box every year. The only thing I don't keep, is fuel and DEF receipts, because it's all on our card activity statement. One of the reasons for timely insertion of receipts in said box over the year is that they tend to fade in the truck.
i was putting them in envelopes but after awhile they got all faded and what not so i just started taking pics lol
Does anyone have a list and examples of the different categories for the expenses. This is where I’m getting a little confused. TIA
