DOT knocks on your door at rest area.. on ramp etc. and you do this? is it illegal?

i find it very hard to believe a cop or dot guy is going to knock on your truck just to f with you. unless there is something wrong like a fire or need to evacuate immediatly or ur parked in a no parking spot... they got better #### to do than f with people. although im sure it has happened before.

 

I suppose if you really enjoy confrontation to the point where you're eventually arguing your defence in court for public nudity, then have at it. I've learned it is much easier to use the thinker a bit and know where I am taking a risk of being asked/told I am going to move and where that risk is as low as it's gonna ever get. NY rest area? Try 'em. Some truck stops allow dot on their lot for, iowa 80 comes to mind. If you are difficult to deal with, they gonna make your day harder than it has to be.

I like people who draw attention to themselves, makes it easier to go about my business. The less I interact with LE, the better.

Nude in your truck while on a break is not public nudity.

 

No one needs a reason to sleep naked.

It is a personal preference, and does not need defending.

I get woke up at a rest area or truck stop I’m raising heck. They can write 100 tickets and take me to jail. Not playing games because they have a badge and want to be pricks.

Why when I was a kid, trucks parked on ramps, pull overs, side of the roads and there wasn't all these big crashes? 60 vehicle pile ups. Surely all the nanny devices help? They were all pilled up outlaws back then.
