He meant to say most of the trucks are manuals.

MMmm.........possessed truck........I like the sound of that.

That'll have to be my second novel. I have to finish the one I'm working on first.

After last nights escapade, it's definitely getting named Christine.

I hope it doesn't kill me in my sleep.

I saw that ad in my local paper, as well. Ask about who will be dispatching. I'm curious to know if you'll stay on the same board. I heard they have a different group of FMs for L/O and O/O, but I could be wrong.

Let me know when you find out.

Well.....to be honest, I have been making some "polite" noise about low miles.

My old FM keeps in touch with me via e-mail. So right before I went on home-time I asked if I could be switched back to her board. When her boss looked it over, they gave it the green light (probably because I was originally dispatched from that office).

Try to contact your old FM and ask to be back on his or her board.

And as far as home-time goes, you have to make sure your FM is reminded of the dates. They have a lot of trucks to look after.

Get your FM situation sorted out first.

It's a big company, so you will have to deal with the negatives that come along with that, but in my opinion, they're pretty good.

Work with the system and get yourself on a fleet you'll be satisfied with. Once your FM sees you can perform, you shouldn't have any problems.

Good Luck and keep us informed on how you're making out.

Hey Craig, is phasing out the autos by year end etched in stone?
