I do LTL reefer great rates last month for me out of the West Coast back to Chicago Detroit area

 

Yeah but we didn’t get to money. I figured I could have went as low as $7500 on 2300 loaded miles (10 wide, 15k lbs, 300 DH miles to PU). Way out of my lane and I was guessing I could get $3000 from Houston back to Toronto. Didn’t matter though because in the end I didn’t really have a driver plus it was posted all over DAT including by TQL

 

I've been banging some good numbers, ELD shut me down though, I should be on a run, not sitting here typing.

 

Same here did over 4000 miles and good rates in the last 7 days , even with this evil ankle bracelet

 

I had an offer to run a load from Ontario, CA to Portland, OR for $4,500 mid-morning. Was already booked on $3,250 1k mile load to Portland though. I'm talking dry van rate. Not the big big big money you specialty guys make.

Wish I had waited to book until this morning, because I obviously left money on the table.

 

Maybe you’ll be able to squeeze another load in before year end this way

 

Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. Will be home tomorrow, then deliver this load in Portland Tuesday morning. Do one more rountrip as you suggest before the end of the year. Which will put me at around $22,000 revenue for December. Which ain't too shabby for a window licker like me in December
