Hourly employee. Sitting around break room, or hiding, or whatever instead of clocking out when the day is done. Basically running the time card to get paid more even after the shift is done.

Take your cdl to another company and apply for a job.
Admit you were fired over a time card dispute, but don't say anything else.
The state can't take your cdl just because you were fired.

CDL B is tough, in that you are very limited in where you can go and what you can do with one (don't ask me how I know). I was in a different situation than the original poster though and after my big Class B plans ended up in the crapper I opted to go to pay my own way CDL school to upgrade to a Class A license.

I'm pretty much in agreement with what everyone has told you thus far regarding them "revoking" your CDL, however, it is VERY, VERY common for Class B employers who do third-party testing for the state to charge you insane recoupment fees after termination (or more commonly voluntarily leaving) for not completing the length of service you agreed to when you got hired. Most people are happy and excited to get the job and either don't read the fine print or can't imagine they'll be gone in just a few months. Two separate bus employers I've worked for (one a Class C, the other a Class B) both had what amounted to involuntary servitude clauses to try to keep people from leaving before (I believe) six months or a year of service. Good luck with everything.

I doubt they can revoke your CDL. They may try to charge you to get something back for you obtaining one. Did you sign an agreement with them to work for X amount of time?
