ELD rec. for a small fleet in leu of Highway's new rule?

Ive used Big Roads for about 7 years now. No complaints.
Get app & updates from Play Store. I use it on a 10" tablet and hotspot it off my phones data plan. Support is always available. Changes can be made even after you sign the log (Ive signed it but never went off duty). Its great for older trucks as it uses satellites to track you instead of your actual vehicle. Never plugs into your truck so it doesnt record engine rpm or speed.
Unsure of cost as my company pays for it.

 

I have one Broker that has yet used the RMIS and Highway ELD Integration system so far. But now wondering if the majority of Brokers are getting on board with this? Its distrubing and seems as though its for Brokers protection and larger carriers to eliminate the small competition alone.

 

Majority of brokers work with small carriers, it would be absolutely stupid for them to eliminate small guys.
