End dump earning potential with my own authority

I'm all for doing whatever pays me the most money. I have my hazmat endorsement and will gladly put it to work. How often do they have their guys hauling dirty? I assume it depends on location, I live about an hour from their Toledo terminal, and about an hour and a half from US Bulk's Erie, PA terminal, if you know anything about either one of them I'm all ears.

 

I will also say 456 a month does not add up to the extra percentage most companies keep I mean 9% can add up quickly

 

No doubt that 89% is a great rate! 70-80% is usually standard from what I've seen. Usually the larger the company the larger their cut is.

 

You will get dirty work being in OH. A lot of the jobs are in the NE with additional work throughout the greater midwest. I think US bulk does more, but when there's really big jobs, you'll see everyone there. Talk to both, see which you like.
There's honestly no way to tell how much work there'll be, It comes and goes every year.

 

Yes I was wondering the same ? I’m getting a 39ft aluminum armor lite end dump I have my own authority but wondering what loads boards do dry bulk o\o use ?

 

I will check with my dispatcher tomorrow but from what I seen the last year we just haul other carriers freight when we get to a area we don’t have freight

 

Ok please do because I talked to a guy at Oakley who grossed 229 k o/o doing end dump last year he brought home 147k but I’m trying to stay independent just wondering the best load boards to twerk off of

 

I made a little more than that our independents get 90% us and page are 85 or 88% for independent o/o’s there are several more out there as well warrick comes to mind.
