    No it’s not. If u have 2 turbos & u do being ur engine is an acert, u have emissions. Whoever told u that u were pre emission lied to u

    To replace ur engine legally u can only put that year’s emissions or forward, u can’t go backwards like putting in a 2ws, 6NZ, 1lw etc

    Why not just build the acert you have now , put a good tune in it and it'll be as good as your gonna get in that year model range.

    When people say "pre-emissions" they typically mean pre-EGR. Emissions controls started decades ago though.
