Oh and as far as what drivers top out at is like 51 cpm, I know one guy that gets 51.5 and a lot guys get 50 cpm.. 2 cpm raise every year they get to 50 fairly quick. I've talked to a couple old guys getting like only 49 cpm and had been their longer than the guys that only been their 3-4 yr getting 50 cpm.. He also was a Schneider dumb ### it seemed during our conversation and I chalked it up to if your not smart enuff to demand your raise when it's due no company is just going to remind you either lol.. You can bet I want ever forget to mention a raise when due :)

Lol.. heck yea I still got some tshirts as well. I medical retired just alittle early.. worked out even better also than regular retirement. I got all the benefits but instead of them taxing 50 pct of base pay. I went with the 100 pct disability from VA which is tax free. Permanent and total too :)

I missed that medical retirement boat somehow. Everyone around me got on though. I'm so jealous.

Yea you need atleast a 40 pct disability from the army or whichever branch before you can get medically retired. It actually might be 30 pct.. Then myself and most others go choose the VA rating once it comes back cause it's always higher than the Army's.

Then I did the CRSC , combat related service disability for even more tax free money. I feel like a thief on the 1st every month :)

Glad u got that 50 good sir.. every bit we get helps.: only part of retirement i use is the keeping Tricare insurance, me and my daughter for like 22 bucks a month. I need to apply for the mortgage 40pct value tax free. I haven't done that yet. Here in NC if u are 100pct and I think permanent and total u this tax break on home u buy. Some states no tax on 100pct of home. NC doesn't offer as much to dis vets as like Texas and such
