A wheel resets every Sunday morn at 0000. After that, it just spins and when your # comes up, you get called. On a 'Hog Board', every time someone more senior than you gets back, they cut in line. ST can probably explain it better than I.

Yeah, that's the forum I downloaded my copy from. I know I'm gonna drop in seniority from the transfers, but, like ST said, I think the massive increase in work will still make it good for me.

I just got hired at New Penn today at the Dunmore PA yard. I am so stoked to finally get in with a teamster operation. So many slime bag trucking outfits out there like Sysco and US Foods that I wasted do many years with. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated

congrats youngleaves and welcome to the team... Pretty much until you are off your probation to get into the teamsters just keep your head clean and stay out of trouble. What will you be doing for New Penn? I dont really know too much about them, except there equipments nicer than ours LOL

@Squonk, Cenutry and Skinny, if this COO brings road drivers back to the satelite terminals, maybe some of the guys will go back home... this way giving me more work options. We got guys coming from 100+ miles away, one guy camps out during the week in back on his truck with a camper on it...
