Well I got my @#$ whooped today during my workout, I changed it up, its now only three days a week and the heaviest weight is 20 pounds. Let me tell you it was crazy but its supposed to work as it combines cardio and weight training. Im doing this as a head start as my friend who wants to join the air force with me wants to do insanity workout(im not ready for that)

Yea my girl is still upset on how my best friend is a girl and does get flirty with me(but she is a LESBO so its like hanging out with another dude). As always I will not exclude a friend so I will see what happens.

Back to work wednesday, hopefully I get to use MY TRUCK with the new steering box that was put in. GOt way too used to these 3 day work week with whole weeks pay
