Yeah not having the accessories turned on at first really made the whole thing sloppy. I think if that hadn't happened I probably would have passed. Kind of threw the whole thing off and I got nervous once I screwed that part up, which probably made it seem like I didn't have a good handle on it, even though I did catch it and started the test over.

Don't watch the videos. They all say stuff that's not necessary. Mine was written from the information directly from the Texas manual . Don't add unnecessary words . Kiss, keep it simple stupid is a phrase I used while typing it .

All the videos mention tons of other stuff

File a complaint. Did u get her name and ID#? Unfortunatley, the govt will hire unqualified/lazy people to fill these jobs in the name of diversity and quotas.

Maybe she wanted you to just wait until the sneeze. I know thats how they had us train for our road test....to build that pressure back up until the sneeze. Still, her taking a call in the middle of your test when all of her attention should be provided to you, as required by her job, is totally unsatisfactory. When she said you failed, you shoulda been like, no sweetheart, you did. Lol.

What is the reasoning for pushing just the trailer knob in while testing the build up from 85-100psi? It's in all caps and bold, in between the 85-100psi build up and the governor cut out.

I've been studying up on your list for tomorrows test, but I am curious about that part. I didn't notice it in the manual.

Wish me luck, I'll be testing again in a few hours! Thanks again for the study sheet lefty. I've been studying it daily, so I should pass this time around.

I studied it, but did like a hybrid of the video's I was watching and your paper. It seemed easy for me to kind of recite the video...but like you said it's a bunch of stuff that's not required and in the end it just threw me off.
