Only YOU can take your dignity back. He didn't steal it, you let him take it. Re-establish yourself.

I know all about PTSD. It's a problem to some, a crutch to others, and a fake illness to many. I hope the best for you.

 

I need respect and yes self esteem. I am matching him 1 for 1 and he is playing dirty tricks. Please know that I am at the end of my rope as he attacks my mental state and has become mean. Here's the deal... there's an old saying about moving Satan out of your house, but letting him leave his bags behind.

With great experience I say this.... all the petty games and tit for tat will cost you more than you know, especially in the long run. Make a clean break, and get on with yourself.
